But here’s the thing: that’s bullshit. The customer is rarely right. But whose fault is that, really? When I start writing copy, I take a holistic, UX approach. Which is a buzzwordy way of saying, I write from the customer’s perspective and every decision I make is for them.

Which is why I say, “You are not my client. Your customer is.”
